The Royal Cancun All Suites Resort

The exclusive amenities of this hotel fulfilled our luxurious needs to perfection. the Spa centre was a great place to unwind and recharge. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were well-maintained and provided a serene atmosphere. the beach access was excellent and allowed us to spend quality time together. the private facilities were exclusive and added to the comfortable experience.

the entertainment provided was not up to the mark and left us wanting more.

All were super large room with all the team to make his breakfast grocery gym very good place to go with the family.

The beach could be better maintained

positive attitude, staff always very friendly and with a smile, everything very well taken care of and with the permanent maintenance of the facilities, rooms very comfortable, what I liked most was that nobody bothered me with timeshare sales!

You should vary a little more the menu of the restaurant, have a little more taste and attention in the preparation, for example I asked for an antispasto, the truth is that the chef could be a little more careful, there was a glass with raw vegetables cut eggplants perhaps if it was presented in a marinade, a roasted eggplant ect. The pita bread and a plate of oil and vinegar does not make much sense, the basic and regular desserts lack presentation and dedication, another suggestion, train the wait staff, not all of us are Americans and we have other tastes, I asked several times for a tea with milk for breakfast, and they brought me chamomile infusion, or cinnamon flavored tea, I think they are very used to only serve coffee,

As business travelers, we loved the hominess of the resort. It's smaller and more intimate compared to the mega resorts in Cancun. The staff, especially Ethan Aliman, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. With only 200 two-bedroom units, it was easy for our group of four families to stay connected without much planning. The property has been well-maintained and is super clean with fresh paint and no loose tiles. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home. The option to visit and use the other Royal properties was also a bonus.

The room is spacious and eaten and has easy access to the beach. The food is of very good quality

We hired a jetski tour for which we were taken by boat to another beach. The weather got really bad and we had to suspend the excursion. Those who took us left us stranded 4 km from the hotel with no possibility of returning (we were in our swimsuits, no money, and no cell phone). We solved it two hours later on our own and they did not give us a satisfactory answer

The Room

All breakfasts serve the same food in the buffet, the menu is the same for lunch, snacks and dinner. They do not have a place of entertainment after 10pm

My stay at The Royal was fantastic. The resort is located right on a beautiful beach and the rooms were excellent. The food at the restaurants was delicious, especially the fish and shrimp tacos. The staff, especially Roberto the concierge, were helpful and friendly. The shuttle service was convenient and allowed us to explore the area. I had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything is very good.

Had to switch rooms , but the staff at The Royal Cancun made it seamless and hassle-free. They even upgraded us to a room with a better view. The service was really good throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend this resort for a nice vacation.

The facilities were clean and well kept, and we enjoyed spending time on the beautiful Caribbean beach. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially with planning transportation to downtown. We also loved participating in activities, like kayaking with Carolina. The wide selection at breakfast was fantastic, and the swim-up bar was a highlight.

We had a wonderful experience at this resort. The location is perfect, right on a beautiful beach with easy access to the dock. Our 2-bedroom suite had a breathtaking view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the La Palapa restaurant served delicious meals. We enjoyed the light activities during the day, such as bingo and aqua-aerobics. The room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. Plus, the resort provided a personal touch by reaching out prior to our arrival to offer assistance with tours and special requests.

The resort had limited dining options, and some of the other restaurants required reservations that had to be made early in the morning.

The choice of red and white wine and coffees could be improved for all-inclusive guests.

The rooms were spacious and had their own balconies, great for enjoying the view. The resort had two pools, one with a swim-up bar, a fun and convenient feature. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being close to the beach and offering easy access to other resorts in the area.

The Royal Cancun Resort offers amazing villa accommodations with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and two balconies. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with special mentions to Pedro & Carlos at the pool bar and Ana the housekeeper. The resort has beautiful grounds, clean pools, and a nice beach area. The front desk is professional and helpful, and there is a convenient grocery-market store on-site.

I recently stayed at a family-friendly resort for a business trip. The rooms were spacious, with a beautiful ocean view and all the amenities needed, including a kitchen with a dishwasher. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive, making me feel safe and cared for. The resort had a cozy and well-laid out layout, and the local food was fantastic. There was also a small shop on the premises, and the prices were reasonable. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
